Information we process
The converter can process pasted Markdown, uploaded Markdown files, ZIP packages, images contained in ZIP packages, filenames, selected templates, and conversion options. Email messages are processed only when you choose to contact us.
Source documents are not saved in the WordPress database or media library, are not sent to an AI model, and are not used to train models.
How files are handled
- Each conversion runs in a separate temporary folder.
- Successful jobs normally expire 60 minutes after they are created. After a download, the file normally expires in 10 minutes. Failed jobs normally expire in 30 minutes.
- The cleanup service runs regularly and removes the input, working files, output file, and limited job log together. Storage pressure can remove a job sooner.
- Limited operational logs can contain job status, template, file size, time, warnings, and a short error message. They do not contain the full source document.
Access and security logs
Infrastructure access and security logs may contain IP address, time, requested URL, User-Agent, response status, and Referer when supplied by the browser. For the current retention period or a deletion request, contact us.
Hosting and service providers
The website and conversion service process data on the production hosting infrastructure used by DocuCraftBox. Contact us for the current hosting region or a deletion request.
The public service does not require an account or login cookie. Language selection and site preferences may be stored in your browser. Analytics and advertising are not loaded unless they are separately enabled and the required consent has been obtained.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we received through email or identifiable infrastructure logs, request correction or deletion where applicable, and withdraw optional consent through Cookie Settings. Please include the approximate time and conversion reference if available, but do not email confidential source documents.
