Information we process
The converter can process pasted Markdown, uploaded Markdown files, ZIP packages, images contained in ZIP packages, filenames, selected templates, and conversion options. Email messages are processed only when you choose to contact us.
Source documents are not saved in the WordPress database or media library, are not sent to an AI model, and are not used to train models.
How files are handled
- Each conversion runs in a separate temporary folder.
- Successful jobs normally expire 60 minutes after they are created. After a download, the file normally expires in 10 minutes. Failed jobs normally expire in 30 minutes.
- The cleanup service runs regularly and removes the input, working files, output file, and limited job log together. Storage pressure can remove a job sooner.
- Limited operational logs can contain job status, template, file size, time, warnings, and a short error message. They do not contain the full source document.
Access and security logs
Infrastructure access and security logs may contain IP address, time, requested URL, User-Agent, response status, and Referer when supplied by the browser. For the current retention period or a deletion request, contact us.

The website and conversion service process data on the production hosting infrastructure used by DocuCraftBox. Contact us for the current hosting region or a deletion request.
Cookies and consent
DocuCraftBox currently uses only necessary storage to save your settings. Analytics and advertising are off by default; until those services are formally enabled, the site does not load their third-party scripts.
If personalized advertising is introduced in an applicable region, we will ask for permission through a consent management platform that meets the relevant requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we received through email or identifiable infrastructure logs, and request correction or deletion where applicable. Please include the approximate time and conversion reference if available, but do not email confidential source documents.
