Do purchased credits expire?

No. Purchased credits remain available in your account until used.

Which tasks use credits?

Markdown DOCX/PDF exports, Publisher PUB-to-PDF/ODG exports, and eligible full-page PUB previews use one credit per task. The first three PUB preview pages are free and watermarked; Markdown-to-HTML is free.

When is a credit charged?

One credit is reserved when an eligible task starts and settled only after a valid export or all-page preview is ready. Failed, cancelled, or expired tasks are refunded.

What does lifetime access include?

It currently removes credit deductions for the paid Markdown DOCX/PDF and Publisher PDF/ODG/full-page preview workflows listed on this page. Markdown-to-HTML remains free; future tools are not included by this statement.

How do I complete a PayPal purchase?

Choose a package to continue to PayPal, where you can review the order total and confirm payment. Purchases are one-time and do not renew automatically.
