COMMON QUESTIONS

Before downloading, check these details.

Does the live preview exactly match the final file?

The preview is rendered HTML for visual checking. The final DOCX or PDF is rendered by the conversion service, so pagination, available fonts, and some advanced elements can differ slightly.

What files can I upload?

You can paste Markdown or upload .md, .markdown, and .zip files. A ZIP can contain multiple Markdown files; select the entry you want before converting.

Why are some settings not visible on this page?

The PDF page intentionally hides parameters that the PDF endpoint does not apply. This keeps the panel aligned with the real output instead of showing controls that do nothing.

What should I check when conversion fails?

Confirm that the source contains Markdown content, a ZIP entry has been selected, the API service is available, and the selected file type is supported. The progress area shows the returned error when the service provides one.

Can I change the document after choosing a template?

Yes. The source, template, and settings remain editable until you start the conversion. Use Reset to restore the example document and default settings.
