Copyright and Takedown Policy

How DocuCraftBox handles copyright notices, counter-notices, and repeat infringement reports.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Respect for copyright

DocuCraftBox respects copyright and expects users to submit only content they are entitled to process. The service does not routinely review temporary conversion content, and temporary jobs are designed for conversion rather than storage or publication.

Copyright notice and takedown request

For public material hosted by this site, send a notice that identifies the copyrighted work, identifies the allegedly infringing page or material with enough detail to locate it, provides your contact information, states your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, states that the notice is accurate under penalty of perjury where applicable, and includes your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-notice and repeat reports

If public material is removed after a notice and the publisher believes removal was a mistake or misidentification, they may send a counter-notice with the information required by applicable law. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant when appropriate. Repeated, credible reports of infringement may lead to removal of public material or restrictions consistent with applicable law.
