Corrections Policy

How to report a material factual, attribution, or product-documentation error to DocuCraftBox.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

What we correct

We welcome reports of material factual errors, inaccurate product behavior, broken safety or privacy statements, misleading attribution, outdated links, or significant omissions in public site content. Formatting preferences and good-faith disagreements are not usually corrections, but feedback is still welcome.

How to report an issue

  1. Email the page URL, the exact statement or section, and a concise explanation of the issue.
  2. Include a reliable source or reproducible steps when available. Do not email confidential conversion documents or personal data that is not needed to investigate the report.
  3. Use a clear subject such as “Correction request: [page title]”.

What happens next

We assess the report against current evidence. When a material issue is confirmed, we may correct the page, add a clarification, update the date, or remove or redirect the content. We do not silently rewrite a material claim in a way that changes its meaning without an updated date or note where practical.
