Known failure cases and review checklist

  • Mermaid syntax that is invalid, depends on external resources, or includes unsafe markup is rejected or reported with a clear warning.
  • Very wide or deeply nested tables can need manual width or page-layout adjustments.
  • Remote images can fail when the source blocks access, times out, or expires; use a ZIP package for local image assets.
  • Final pagination and line wrapping can vary between Word-compatible editors and installed fonts.
